10 Signs You Need a Detox

"Detox" has been somewhat of a buzzword, but it is absolutely necessary as a part of your regular health regimen. If you avoid detox, your health will suffer. With excessive toxin exposure and stress, our natural detox pathways become compromised.

Anyone who teaches that detox is not important or bogus - ahem, modern medical community - is not serving themselves or their patients well!
